Abdel quickly set bait stations and traps. He told me exactly where he was placing them and why. Communication is so important and I was thankful for his service.
Omar is very personable and diligent. Thank you!
Omar was very thorough in spraying for ants and spiders. And I haven't seen a mouse in quite some time since he's been trapping them. Since I've been using Simple Pest, I no longer have the annual invasion of critters at my house. And it's dog safe.
Super nice young man. The only reason he's missing a star is I believe he is still learning and has to gain experience with unusual circumstances, which only comes with years of experience.
Paul was very professional and listened to my concerns.2

His explanation of choices for ant abatement shated info so I could make an informed decision. He was the BEST tech from your company I have had so far!!!
