Omar was very thorough in spraying for ants and spiders. And I haven't seen a mouse in quite some time since he's been trapping them. Since I've been using Simple Pest, I no longer have the annual invasion of critters at my house. And it's dog safe.

I've used Simple Pest Management (SPM) for several years. There was a fruit fly problem and Stephanie gave me several suggested remedies. Thank you, here’s hoping they are gone.

Stephanie Andalon did our service today. She made sure to ask if we have any concerns that she can take care of. She has been to our property previously. Each time, she is very respectful and thorough. Thank you, Stephanie. Keep up the good work.
Omar is one of the greats, along with Ty. Both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I don’t even have to show them around or walk them around the house. They know exactly what needs to be done, inside and outside the house and they’re both on it with no problem. Highly recommend. Update: Ty with another…
Chris did a very thorough job. He went over the outside of the house with a fine tooth comb and cleaned all the webs from everywhere as well as sprayed. He was also super quick!

The company set me up with an appointment as soon as they could as my home had come under a huge ant infestation. The ants were everywhere inside and we were miserable. The tech texted me when he was on his way with an ETA. He also texted me when he was here. I did not talk to him but my wife did, and he explained…
Really awesome company! Love how responsive and kind they are. I feel like an actual person when speaking to them, rather than another number trying to get added on to their system.
Before using Simple Pest, we had ants and spiders in the home and tried everything to get rid of them without success. Since we started using Simple Pest about 2 years ago, our ants and spiders have disappeared. Their service techs are always professional, knowledgeable and on time. Reached out to the company for a major ant problem we were having. After the first month we noticed less ants. By the third month they were gone. Kept up with the services for about a year and very thankful that I found a company that has great customer service and the technicians give a call before their arrival as well which I very much appreciate.
