Our carpets looked great after Mikao's cleaning which was no surprise based on the reviews. I'm most appreciative of his integrity. We had some damage/discoloration on our landing caused by the hose. Booked online via a very simple interface. The agent arrived well within the scheduled window. He pre-treated then took about two hours to finish the job. Paid on site. Reasonable price considering the area. Highly recommend.
Second cleaning. Same high standards. Very thorough. No soapy residue. Excess moisture gone. Technician spent 2 hours. He was responsive and gracious about moving some furniture which I couldn't do due to being in recovery from recent surgery. Carpet looks great.
