Mikao did a great job on our new house and he is super nice and respectful! He steamed a total of 4 rooms, 1 family room, a hallway and a staircase at our home. We've used him from when we lived in an apartment, condo and now our house. He is our go - to carpet professional.

We have used Simple Steam a few times now and he has always done a fantastic job. Carpets come out clean and he's reliable, fast to respond, and always very pleasant to work with.
I was never all that satisfied with a well-known big name carpet cleaner that I had used multiple times. Now I found Simple Steam, and Mikao's service is impeccable. My carpet is truly like new. Mikao paid attention to details, was thorough, and I could not be a more satisfied customer!
Simple Steam did a fantastic job on our carpets, and I love the the fresh smell their products left in our house. Our old carpets really came back to life, and I thought the price was very reasonable.
My Property Management business has been using Simple Steam for over a year now. They are prompt, professional, and do an amazing job at making sure our flooring needs are taken care of. I would give them six or seven stars if I could!
