My service technician, Matthew, is always responsive, cheerful and professional. He took care of the issue in our basement and checked all the bait stations as well and filled them if required. Gabriel was friendly but professional, asked about any problems, checked the basement and proceeded check outside and discovered a yellow jacket nest in the front plantings. He treated same and checked the rest of the perimeter.
I received next-day service after entering relevant information into the company’s website. Scheduling the appointment was easy after that and the technician, Joe, was very well prepared and did a great job evaluating and addressing our yellow jacket problem. Quick and efficient all around!
