After getting an estimate on the extent and the cost of mice control, my wife and I decided to go for it. Four mice in the house this summer and many more last autumn were certainly disconcerting. We weren’t going to repeat that experience! Elsa and Dan spent a day caulking, digging, fencing, and plugging all around…
Logan was very thorough with their assessment of our mice issues and Alessio and Dan did a great job completing the work plan. We feel very secure knowing no critters can get in through our foundation anymore! Would definitely use again (but hopefully we won’t need to!).

Alessio and his crew were out at our house today. We were blown away by how professional, quick, and thorough they were. They were also so kind to our kids and dog! Highly recommend.

Our experience with Skedaddle has been fantastic. Logan came out and did a thorough review, free of charge. She used ladders, scopes and drones. She then gave us a “worst case” proposal so there would be no surprises and no add-ons. Then Elsa and Beck came out and spent several hours putting in one-way doors, cleaning our soffits, and fumigating. They were extremely thorough. The follow-up service has also been impeccable. Skedaddle makes sure they get it done right. They truly deserve a 5-Star Rating!

I wish I could give multiple 5 star reviews for Skedaddle! Truly. So glad a company like this exists in the area because they sincerely care about the humane treatment of wildlife, and I couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge, effort, and kindness in this situation. Their methods are incredibly effective, and their lifetime guarantee gives me peace of mind! The technicians were all incredibly knowledgeable, hard workers and were patient while teaching us so much. The company was remarkably responsive and attentive. I actually couldn't believe how quickly they came on site until the raccoon situation was managed! Caleb, Gavin, Kevin, Jesse, Yacob and Hayley went above and beyond in ensuring the job was done effectively and humanely! The workers in the office who answered phones were also fantastic. Very impressed, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you many times over to each and every one of you at Skedaddle! ****Update**** Skedaddle recently returned for a critter door removal from the roof, and because of their thorough review outside, and inside the attic, they found some additional problems that were swiftly dealt with! If i could give Zero Stars i would. I contacted this company several times about several different properties. The second property the lady said to me verbally the wild life was coming through the rough and a storm drain that had fell. Both properties she said i was not the owner so i couldnt pay but she would reach out to the property owners with her findings. She never did even after she asked for the contact information etc. She also told me because i was not the owner that she couldnt give me the results to the inspection but i lived there and my name was on the lease. If you knew all pf that from the beginning why not say that? Edit: the owner of skedaddle personally contacted me and made sure to resolve the issue. He made sure to personally come to my place and assess the issue. I give him even more credit as we scheduled a time I couldn't make it so he texted me to let me know we could reschedule after not hearing from me he made sure to call and find the best day and time that worked best for me. I appreciate him taking the initiative to hear my concerns, and go above and beyond to make it right! He even identified the issue! I'm comfortable with the results, I now know the next steps to take and I can return home. Thank you so much for caring enough to personally see to it that I got the service needed.
