After my visit, it was clear that the product either wasn’t administered properly or the dosage was insufficient, because I saw little to no effect even days later. I went in for a touch up and still couple weeks later effect wore off. I reached out to the clinic right away, but was told I had to wait for the owner to return from vacation to review a photo. Then, once the owner was back, the injector was suddenly out and no resolution has been offered. It’s been a waiting game with no accountability or follow-through. At the very least, I expected timely communication and a solution whether a touch-up, an explanation, or a refund. Instead, I’ve been left feeling ignored and disappointed. This isn’t how a professional medical aesthetics practice should handle concerns, especially when a client expresses that something feels off. I truly hope this feedback pushes them to take customer care and follow-up more seriously.
