I got the birthday package and it was absolutely amazing!! All the staff were super accommodating and nice! Everything was clean and smooth, will be coming back
Very relaxing and the service was wonderful! I will definitely return back to this place for more treatments.
I was here 5 years & came back, Service is always amazing here , everyone is so kind & pays attention to detail Worth it
Iam using Skincare lounge for more than 12 months. I used my massage sessions more than 8 with Bella and with another girl. Both are good. But Bella is the best. Her hands are miraculous. When I have deep tissue massage with her for my fibromyalgia, I can see the difference. You don't have to instruct her what to…
From front desk to massage, everyone was so lovely! Cameron did mine and he was exceptional, left feeling so refreshed! 10/10
My first visit to the Skincare Lounge and my first Facial. Amazing experience the entire time. I felt cared for, received a wonderful massage that targeted my most tense areas. Easily the best massage I ever had. Then I also had a Facial as part of the package and I can confirm The Glow is real! I left feeling…
Always have great experience, all team members, incl Christopher are fantastic. I highly recommend Skincare Lounge SPA.
I wish there were more stars to give. Love how hidden it is, the experience feels more intimate and luxurious. Hospitality was amazing and spa package price and staff was top tier. I also love that you can also have a membership as well. I don’t remember the ladies who took care of me and the front desk names…
Ask for Bri. Hands down one of the best Massage therapy! She worked on my neck and oh my goodness i felt like a very new person! I will definitely be coming here again and pass by ouster house again lol 😁
I have now been to the spa three times first as a gift. I had such a nice experience that I returned and every visit has been wonderful. Bella and Victoria are exceptional at their respective skills and are in tune with what my body and face needed. The receptionists are pleasant and helpful in scheduling and…
Such a fantastic experience every time. All the staff at the front desk are so lovely and make the process so relaxing— and the monthly package is a great deal for the city!
I have been a customer at Skincare Lounge for a number of years now and could not be happier with the service. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service staff has been tremendous. I have utilized a number of different providers for both massages and facials and everyone has provided…
Had a fabulous visit to Skincare Lounge for my birthday with a massage and facial. Their spa packages are reasonably priced and the space was very tranquil. It’s a surprising hidden gem in the downtown area. They greeted me at the door by name and even gave me complimentary chocolate and champagne to celebrate my special day. I will 100% be returning!
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! 10/10... The entire environment/ambiance was so relaxing!! Bella & Andrea (I hope I spelled it right) were so sweet & calming!! I will definitely be coming back!
Reasonable rates and great service.
I purchased a birthday spa package for my wife. Needless to say, she was blown away. They took great care of her from start to finish. When I arrived to pick her up, the owner took special care of us. He helped me surprise her with flowers, and gave us complimentary champagne and chocolates to celebrate her…
Diamond found. Beyond amazing service. My massage was so great. I feel like a new human. Definitely coming back.Gia makes the place so welcoming. It’s a must experience. I got a facial with Linh and it was heaven. Highly recommend. I’m a fan.
Ive been going to skin care Lounge for past 7 years. I’ve gotten so many treatments and been satisfied with all. Massage, facials, waxing. Getting microdermabrasions helped clear up my acne tremendously. Lynn is by far the best and the only one I will go to. Prices are reasonable and always have a good special.
Amazing small spa and one of the best massages I’ve had in Philly. I came here for my birthday and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend!
Came here for a group birthday celebration and was extremely satisfied. Everyone was treated with the utmost respect and grace. Price was such a deal and we all felt amazing after. Highly recommend.

My favorite place for massage and facial. The Escape package is perfect for a self care day. Amazing service and reasonably priced.
It's always amazing. The therapists that work here are incredible:)
Don’t go anywhere else - Linh is truly incredible. She helped prep my skin for my wedding for over six months and she is the most kind hearted, incredible person and does the most amazing facials. I don’t even live in Philadelphia anymore and I drive over 2 hours to come see her. Doesn’t come better than her! If you…

Linh was terrific and very sweet.
Skincare Spa Lounge is pure luxury—calm, elegant, and beautifully designed. The staff are warm and professional, tailoring each treatment with expertise and care. My skin felt refreshed, radiant, and rejuvenated, and the entire experience felt exclusive and serene. A true sanctuary for self-care. Highly recommended.
Amazing services ❤️ The girls went above and beyond!!!
Had the best massage of my life and then was given the tallest glass of champagne and delicious chocolate afterwards. I’ve never been more relaxed in my life. Will be back. 10/10 experience
