Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors

Great experience. Dylan handled scheduling the removal and replacement of the solar panels as well as all required inspections. Everything went very smoothly and on schedule. The roofing team was efficient, well coordinated and answered our questions easily. Would definitely recommend them.

The Sky Manor team was fantastic. The professionalism, fair pricing, communication, and no hidden surprises made it feel like family helping us out!

Very positive experience, specifically working with Nicola Palumbo. Of all the different vendors, he came recommended and went above and beyond. Nothing close to the pushy aggressive door knockers companies. He spent the time to care, worked with me on the insurance components and is extremely responsive.… Read full review

Jason was very professional and responsive. He helped us make tough decisions and Skymanor gave us a reasonable price and did a great job! Everything was completed in one day and the staff cleaned up so well that even the neighbors were impressed.

Highly recommend! Ask for Ben to be your project coordinator. Very reliable and professional!

Jason and his team were amazing! I can honestly say this was the best contracting experience I have ever had. The team was super fast and the roof and new gutters look amazing. They used big magnets and I could not find a single nail from the old roof on my property including the grass. They even fixed old flashing… Read full review

Great experience! Jake was wonderful, communicative and went above and beyond to work with and challenge our insurance company claim! The crew was very friendly, quick and clean! Very smooth process for our roof and gutter replacement! Highly recommend!

We got hammered by the May 2024 hail storm. Sky Manor replaced the roof, the gutters, the screens, and the siding. Ben Rosi, the Sky Manor coordinator, did a great job throughout the whole process. He handled the supplemental insurance claims without any trouble and did a great job getting the vinyl siding matched… Read full review

Great roofing company. The principal of this company has replaced hail-damaged roofs for me on three different houses in Colorado, in 2013, 2019, and 2023. They also referred a paint company that did a great job painting the entire home. I have referred Sky Manor to several other homeowners and they were all happy with them as well.

Jake is a dedicated and hard-working professional who was extremely helpful throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Jake and Sky Manor Roofing and Exteriors.

Very professional and excellent service!

Sky Manor did an excellent job in replacing our roof, garage doors and gutters, all of which sustained hail damage. Alex inspected our roof, garage doors, gutters and window screens for damage, accurately photographed the damage (which photos he sent to our insurance company) and then worked closely with our… Read full review

Fantastic A+ company and experience with our roof. The crew was courteous, kind, and efficient. They work with a smile...and answered our questions professionally. They took the time to clean up and now neighbors are asking about their great service.

Fantastic customer service! Chuck was so helpful and professional. Great company!

Jake Soto noticed the hail damage to our roof and hooked us up with Sky Manor. Jake and Sky Manor worked with our insurance company to secure the entire roof replacement. I was pleased with the opportunity to discuss roof options, and the honest presentation of pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we decided on the… Read full review

Right when I had lost faith in contractors, along came Mark Dulon with Sky Manor Roofing, and he restored my faith. He was so nice and explained everything in detail (inspection process, how long, cost, insurance process) and everything was done, just as he explained it. The quality of work was also spectacular.… Read full review
