Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors

I cannot say enough good, professional and personal, things about Ben Rossi. He’s been to my house twice for roof inspections. He’s written 2 extensive reports on the condition, as well as pointed out clear discrepancies with incorrect assessments by unqualified people. He saved thousands of dollars of work because… Read full review

As a commercial property manager, I work with roofers daily - few in my 20 year career have impressed me as much as Sky Manor. Matt Lort is incredibly detail oriented, prompt, proactive, and a great problem solver and communicator. I highly recommend this team.

Great experience. They did great work. Had solid communication along the way, finished quickly and for a fair price

I cannot say high enough praises for Nicola and his amazing team!!! Please call Nicola before filing an insurance claim! We were selling our home and needed to replace the roof. Our insurance company initially denied the claim stating the adjuster found no damage. Nicola was a godsend! He told me to ask for a… Read full review

The Sky Manor team was fantastic. The professionalism, fair pricing, communication, and no hidden surprises made it feel like family helping us out!

Very positive experience, specifically working with Nicola Palumbo. Of all the different vendors, he came recommended and went above and beyond. Nothing close to the pushy aggressive door knockers companies. He spent the time to care, worked with me on the insurance components and is extremely responsive.… Read full review

Nickola at Sky Manor Roofing was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which gave me confidence at every step. I truly appreciated the options he presented and the thoughtful details he shared, which made it easy to make the best decision for my home. I walked away feeling… Read full review

Sky Manor Roofing is the best out there! They offer a huge range of products, and are well-versed in all the attributes and differences. I’ve used them for years for roof replacement and repairs for many of my clients. Their service is more than what you would expect, great workmanship, and professional follow up.

We had a fantastic experience. Prompt attention to our issues. High quality work. Very professional. Trust implicitly. Unqualified recommendation to others.

Great experience! Jake was wonderful, communicative and went above and beyond to work with and challenge our insurance company claim! The crew was very friendly, quick and clean! Very smooth process for our roof and gutter replacement! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Sky Manor Roofing and especially Jake. He’s been absolutely amazing—always there when we need him, quick to respond, and completely honest every step of the way. Sky Manor replaced the roof on our home and did a beautiful job. They were meticulous and paid attention to even the… Read full review

We got hammered by the May 2024 hail storm. Sky Manor replaced the roof, the gutters, the screens, and the siding. Ben Rosi, the Sky Manor coordinator, did a great job throughout the whole process. He handled the supplemental insurance claims without any trouble and did a great job getting the vinyl siding matched… Read full review

They really knew what they were doing. They were on time. The physical appearance of the roof is great. They answered all my questions. Only time will tell how long it lasts. But I have every reason to believe the roof will hold up for a long time.

Very professional and communication was awesome

If I could give Nicola 10 stars I would. Fantastic work, amazing customer service, the works! I haven't been this pleased with a company for years. If you need window or roof repairs look no further than Sky Manor Roofing. 100% would recommend!

Great roofing company. The principal of this company has replaced hail-damaged roofs for me on three different houses in Colorado, in 2013, 2019, and 2023. They also referred a paint company that did a great job painting the entire home. I have referred Sky Manor to several other homeowners and they were all happy with them as well.

Jake is a dedicated and hard-working professional who was extremely helpful throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Jake and Sky Manor Roofing and Exteriors.

Very professional and excellent service!
