Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors

I cannot say enough good, professional and personal, things about Ben Rossi. He’s been to my house twice for roof inspections. He’s written 2 extensive reports on the condition, as well as pointed out clear discrepancies with incorrect assessments by unqualified people. He saved thousands of dollars of work because… Read full review

As a commercial property manager, I work with roofers daily - few in my 20 year career have impressed me as much as Sky Manor. Matt Lort is incredibly detail oriented, prompt, proactive, and a great problem solver and communicator. I highly recommend this team.

Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors was on time, professional, and very thorough with their work. They completed my large roof, sky lights, turbine vents, and shed roof all in one work day.

Very positive experience, specifically working with Nicola Palumbo. Of all the different vendors, he came recommended and went above and beyond. Nothing close to the pushy aggressive door knockers companies. He spent the time to care, worked with me on the insurance components and is extremely responsive.… Read full review

Highly recommend! Ask for Ben to be your project coordinator. Very reliable and professional!

From inspection to project completion, including insurance confirmation, I did not have to worry about anything for Nicola and SkyManor. One of the most trusted businesses in town

Nickola at Sky Manor Roofing was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which gave me confidence at every step. I truly appreciated the options he presented and the thoughtful details he shared, which made it easy to make the best decision for my home. I walked away feeling… Read full review

I can’t say enough great things about Sky Manor Roofing and especially Jake. He’s been absolutely amazing—always there when we need him, quick to respond, and completely honest every step of the way. Jake and his team were outstanding. Efficient, communicative, and quick. Whole process was painless. Much appreciated!!

We got hammered by the May 2024 hail storm. Sky Manor replaced the roof, the gutters, the screens, and the siding. Ben Rosi, the Sky Manor coordinator, did a great job throughout the whole process. He handled the supplemental insurance claims without any trouble and did a great job getting the vinyl siding matched… Read full review

They really knew what they were doing. They were on time. The physical appearance of the roof is great. They answered all my questions. Only time will tell how long it lasts. But I have every reason to believe the roof will hold up for a long time.

Very professional and excellent service!

Sky Manor Roofing was great! Dustin was very responsive when I needed help from Inspection Objection. His team was able to come out to the house to evaluate quickly as well and complete the repairs needed. Mark did a great job with sealing the nails and screws on the roof for leak prevention. He also cleaned up the… Read full review

Charles did an incredible job from start to finish! On our third attempt to get our wood shake roof replaced due to hail/wind damage, we decided to replace wood roof with class 4 asphalt shingle. Chuck and his crew have always been a pleasure to work with. He’s one of the few contractors in the Denver area that I trust. They did an amazing job on my roof. And they went above and beyond to get the job done on a very aggressive timeline. I’m now a customer for life and I highly recommend these guys to all of my friends.

Fantastic A+ company and experience with our roof. The crew was courteous, kind, and efficient. They work with a smile...and answered our questions professionally. They took the time to clean up and now neighbors are asking about their great service.

Dustin and his team were awesome to work with, did a great job and were incredibly competitive on price. I would recommend Sky Manor Roofing and Exteriors to anyone in the area looking to do a roof replacement. Thank you guys for the great work!

I’ve been working with Dustin from Sky Manor Roofing for several years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received! I’m a real estate agent and have worked with him on many inspections and installs.
