Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors

As a commercial property manager, I work with roofers daily - few in my 20 year career have impressed me as much as Sky Manor. Matt Lort is incredibly detail oriented, prompt, proactive, and a great problem solver and communicator. I highly recommend this team.

Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors was on time, professional, and very thorough with their work. They completed my large roof, sky lights, turbine vents, and shed roof all in one work day.

The Sky Manor team was fantastic. The professionalism, fair pricing, communication, and no hidden surprises made it feel like family helping us out!

Great service, great communication, very proactive, efficient, and professional. They performed great quality work with high quality materials. Reasonably priced, and thorough! Amazing company for all your roofing needs. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! Ask for Ben to be your project coordinator. Very reliable and professional!

Jason and Sky Manor were fantastic. He was there with our insurance adjustor and covered everything with us. The hob was completed as promised for the price promised. Highly recommend

We had our roof replaced and structural damage repaired by Sky Manor after hail damage occurred to our home in Central Park area of Denver. We were very happy with the entire process. It started with the first contact with Jason Shaver and the way he explained not only the damage and repairs but the fact that he was… Read full review

I cannot say enough good things about Nicola Palumbo and Sky Manor Roofing. I used them to handle a hail damage claim through my insurance company and would have been lost without their help. Nicola was professional and personable, and advocated to get as high of a reimbursement as possible from a difficult insurer.… Read full review

We had a fantastic experience. Prompt attention to our issues. High quality work. Very professional. Trust implicitly. Unqualified recommendation to others.

Great experience! Jake was wonderful, communicative and went above and beyond to work with and challenge our insurance company claim! The crew was very friendly, quick and clean! Very smooth process for our roof and gutter replacement! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Sky Manor Roofing and especially Jake. He’s been absolutely amazing—always there when we need him, quick to respond, and completely honest every step of the way. Sky Manor replaced the roof on our home and did a beautiful job. They were meticulous and paid attention to even the… Read full review

We got hammered by the May 2024 hail storm. Sky Manor replaced the roof, the gutters, the screens, and the siding. Ben Rosi, the Sky Manor coordinator, did a great job throughout the whole process. He handled the supplemental insurance claims without any trouble and did a great job getting the vinyl siding matched… Read full review

They really knew what they were doing. They were on time. The physical appearance of the roof is great. They answered all my questions. Only time will tell how long it lasts. But I have every reason to believe the roof will hold up for a long time.

Cody has been so incredibly wonderful to work with! He is extremely responsive and gets out to a job as quickly as he can. I trust him not only with my clients but my own personal home as well. I couldn't be happier with his service!

If I could give Nicola 10 stars I would. Fantastic work, amazing customer service, the works! I haven't been this pleased with a company for years. If you need window or roof repairs look no further than Sky Manor Roofing. 100% would recommend!

My HOUSE looks awesome with my new roof. Very Highly recommended!!

Great roofing company. The principal of this company has replaced hail-damaged roofs for me on three different houses in Colorado, in 2013, 2019, and 2023. They also referred a paint company that did a great job painting the entire home. I have referred Sky Manor to several other homeowners and they were all happy with them as well.

Very professional and excellent service!

Project manager Jake was very professional and transparent throughout project. Roofing team was very timely and efficient in completing re-roofing.

Sky Manor did an excellent job in replacing our roof, garage doors and gutters, all of which sustained hail damage. Alex inspected our roof, garage doors, gutters and window screens for damage, accurately photographed the damage (which photos he sent to our insurance company) and then worked closely with our… Read full review
