I had an emergency with a pet soiling my carpet and slo steam carpet cleaners were here by 2 pm. Super job and solved the issue very professionally. Price was reasonable too.

We have been using Slo steam for years and they are the best! They are super responsive when trying to book an appt and very reliable. Their work is top notch and somehow they get our gross carpets looking fresh afterwards… which is a miracle bc we have two German shedder dogs and a toddler. A+++

The guys were on time and super efficient. They went above and beyond for me and even gave me some cleaner to use later on if needed. They were honest about what would come out and what couldn’t and definitely was in it for the customer experience as opposed to making money. Highly recommend!
Fast scheduling. Kind and helpful people. After the carpet was cleaned it looked amazing, the best it could for its condition (21 years old and worn). All of the stains were removed and only the worst ones resurfaced after a couple of weeks (which I expected). I would use SLO steam again and recommend them to friends and family.
