Technician arrived on time, was able to get out all of the stains in our carpet. The technician was courteous and mindful of not damaging walls etc especially on our stairs. I would use this company again. The price was very reasonable

Chris was great, was communicative day of as they had a cancellation and he called to see if I wanted to move the appt up. I couldn't but glad I had the option! Showed up right on time, was pretty quick. I forgot to have him do the carpet in the closet, I called him after he had packed up and left and he came back to finish! Thanks Chris!

There was a bit of miscommunication at first but it all worked out great. Kris Lewelling is who came to clean the carpet. He was super nice and friendly. The carpets smelled really good and he took out 3 big stain in one of the rooms. He did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.

I changed my appointment without much notice, and they were easy to communicate with and they accommodated my request with no problems. They arrived on time and did a great job.
