My carpet is fresh and looks like new! Thank you SloSteam. Excellent job.
Technician arrived on time, was able to get out all of the stains in our carpet. The technician was courteous and mindful of not damaging walls etc especially on our stairs. I would use this company again. The price was very reasonable
Chris was great, was communicative day of as they had a cancellation and he called to see if I wanted to move the appt up. I couldn't but glad I had the option! Showed up right on time, was pretty quick. I forgot to have him do the carpet in the closet, I called him after he had packed up and left and he came back to finish! Thanks Chris!
There was a bit of miscommunication at first but it all worked out great. Kris Lewelling is who came to clean the carpet. He was super nice and friendly. The carpets smelled really good and he took out 3 big stain in one of the rooms. He did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.
Very timely, great communication (I appreciated the emails and texts), professional and a good price. I will definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with SLO Steam. I liked the fact that I could do the order online so I knew in advance what the price was going to be, and I could schedule online. I changed my appointment without much notice, and they were easy to communicate with and they accommodated my request with no problems. They arrived on time and did a great job.
Will and his team are great. The tile floors and carpets look brand new. They have completed many jobs for us and as always came out better than expected
They did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa and bar stools. Everything looks and smells so fresh and clean. I was very impressed with the professional job. I will use this company again in the future!
We have been using Slo steam for years and they are the best! They are super responsive when trying to book an appt and very reliable. Their work is top notch and somehow they get our gross carpets looking fresh afterwards… which is a miracle bc we have two German shedder dogs and a toddler. A+++
A very good job on an older carpet. Staff was on time, efficient and nice. I will use them again for my tile cleaning.
They did a great job it was dirty
Kris was on time, actually a little early. He walked through the house with me, took note of the bad areas. He immediately got to work, and was done in just about an hour. Our carpet looks great!

No nonsense and highly qualified guys with very high tech equipment. In and out and did a great job. (They clean up after themselves). Thank you so much.
Will was on time and did a fantastic job. The more stained areas of my carpet weren't visible after the cleaning and I didn't experience a horrible smell afterwords as I had in the past with others cleaners. I highly recommend SLO steam 👍 oh and they give foot covers so you don't have to play the floor is lava!

I highly recommend SLO Carpet cleaners! I had been dealing with the same carpet stains for over 5 years and it seemed every time I hired someone to clean my carpets the same stains would come back and worse. It’s been 3 months since SLO Steam cleaned my carpets and I am amazed that the stains haven’t come back. It…

Will and Chris arrived on time and did a very professional job.
Chris was ahead of schedule and asked if he could start my job early. I had no problem with that. He was professional, friendly and fast.
Professional, arrived 15minutes early to prepare and started cleaning carpets scheduled time. As a single mom with 2 kids, I used to clean carpets on my own and took whole day but due to my work schedule and caring for kids, I needed to minimize my stress load and have no regrets! Both were quick and efficient!…

Will Majano did an amazing job! When he left, the carpets looked almost like they did when they were brand new. I have three dogs and my carpets were a dirty mess. I was expecting one man to show up to do the cleaning and two came. They were on time and immediately on top of things. It was our first time working with Slo Steam and our experience was amazing. Will and his team did a very thorough job cleaning our living room and hallway. Will definitely consider working with Slo Steam again in the future and highly recommended!
I am extremely happy with the quality of work. We had the carpets cleaned in a room that served as a storage/garage area. There was dried slime in the carpet that had been there for years. I was not expecting them to get it out but they did. The technicians were very thorough and incredibly nice. I highly recommend this company.
We have used SLO Steam's services for many years now, and they always leave us with immaculately clean carpets and grout! They are quick, efficient, and professional. My home has very light colored, almost white carpets in the bedrooms only, and now they look brand new! I had two bedrooms done, one being my teenage son’s room. Every stain from his sport shoes and cowboy boots is now gone. Very professional, quick, and did a fantastic job for us this morning.
Choose SLO STEAM! Their professionals are thorough, efficient and courteous. Their knowledge of pet concerns and the proper products to address these problems is extensive. I definitely recommend this company and I will call again. Thank you SLO STEAM!!!!!
The guys where awesome, very professional and did an amazing job! Thank you Slo Steam for providing a 5 Star Service!
Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and to my pleasant surprise, worked me into the schedule as I had unexpected family coming. When I went on line to determine pricing, it was unclear how to identify # of rooms; but it was quickly cleared up and then some. Did a fabulous job!!! Will definitely use this company again.
Great guys to deal with. They did a great job.
Awesome service!!! Very satisfied with job done!
Always on time, and professional. They get kid kids food and dirt stains out every time. Thank you Will!! Love supporting local and family owned 💙
I wish I could give 7 stars for the quality and customer service. My carpet once again match the curtains.
The guys were friendly and professional. They both wore masks. My carpet is as good as new! Thank you!
Just used them to clean our carpets. He showed up on time, very professional, got the job done and with great results. Shame to see the 1 stars on here that are obviously baseless, cheap shots, to damage reputation. He's got my vote, you won't be disappointed.
Amazing! Our rental had been neglected by bad tenants and we were sure we were going to have to replace ALL of the carpet in the house. We considered saving money and cleaning the carpet ourselves. We were blown away by how well SLO Steam cleaned the carpets and how much better the house smells now that we decided…
