We recently needed a failing water heater replaced. Unfortunately, the coolant lines wrapped around the water heater, making it impossible to remove without first disconnecting the coolant lines. Sloderbeck made a technician available on short notice and honestly, at their own inconvenience.

Have used Sloderbeck for years for service. Very honest and trustworthy - only recommend work that is needed. Recently had the entire HVAC system replaced.
