A guy from another company came out the week before and told me I needed to spend $2000 to bring my system up to code before he would even work on it. They were able to get out to fix our AC that went out in the heat of the summer the next day when all the other companies were 4 days out. The tech knew what the issue was right away and replaced a part all within 30 minutes and it works great now. Very impressive!
