Came in from out of town and this place was awesome. Coach Nate was super responsive and really welcoming. I forgot my gi and they found one for me to wear, which saved me. Class was great and I walked out with a new move. The students were all really good but also super friendly and easy to roll with. They…

Sloth jiu jitsu was amazingly welcoming and friendly. I’ve been training 13 years and learned several new technique details and loved the teaching style. The success of the teaching style shows in their students: lots of new students who are clearly learning quickly! Will definitely train here again (and hopefully be in less of a rush to catch a plane!)

Both my sons and I have been training at Sloth for a year, which is hard to believe! I had zero martial arts experience when I started. As intimidating as it was in the beginning, everyone made me feel welcome and took their time both during, after class. I can't see myself training consistently anywhere else in…

Review from Google · view on GoogleIf you’re looking for a gym in the HEB area, you have to check out Sloth BJJ! Professor Nathan runs a super encouraging, family-friendly spot where everyone is welcome from the kids to the men and women.
