Friendly and listened well to my needs and concerns
Dillon did a great job addressing our concerns on the inside and outside of the house. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He asked questions about which plants we wanted sprayed rather than making assumptions about which were edible.

He was here from 8:05-8:09-4 minutes. (I have 3 ring cameras so can track movements around the house). He brushed very little, squirted very little. Very disappointed with the treatment. Also, did not receive notification from Pest Smart that treatment was scheduled for today!

Jaun from Smart Pest Control was great did everything I asked and went above and beyond the call of duty battling it out with hordes of insects crawling from every nook and cranny of our home and when the spray cleared there were mounds of dead insects and we said thank you for saving us Jaun! Give this man a raise for perfecting his craft!

The technician Cole did a good job doing pest control control around the house and in the kitchen.
Cole was a very nice guy, he did a great job cleaning up all the cobwebs before spraying. He was able to answer questions I had about specific bugs, mosquitoes to be exact.
He was great. Very knowledgeable, told me what to expect going forward. He was polite and had a great attitude.
