Our alarm system is old and needs replacement. Alfred and John from Smart Systems Technologies came and replaced the whole system, including installation, re-wiring, and programming. The whole process only took 3 hours, and now we have the state of the art system at an affordable price. Both Alfred and John are wonderful and efficient.

I have been an SST client for over 12 years. I seldom utilize the service, because the system is reliable. Recently I had an alarm communication issue, and finally converted from land line to cellular. The conversion was easy and completed professionally. Josh & Albert were fantastic! Went above and beyond. Seemlessly helped transition from Cox to Directtv. Programmed all devices to our liking, mounted a new TV, removed all cox equipment and reprogrammed our universal remote. Have been a longtime SST customer and their service team is a big reason why.
