Al is a superb technician He fixed my doorbell issue got me back on line I spent 1 hour (3weeks ago)on phone with another tech with no luck AL successfully fixed it all Nothing like person to person Thank you Al and SSI for employing Al Happy SSI customer

Our alarm system is old and needs replacement. Alfred and John from Smart Systems Technologies came and replaced the whole system, including installation, re-wiring, and programming. The whole process only took 3 hours, and now we have the state of the art system at an affordable price. Both Alfred and John are wonderful and efficient.
