Our alarm system is old and needs replacement. Alfred and John from Smart Systems Technologies came and replaced the whole system, including installation, re-wiring, and programming. The whole process only took 3 hours, and now we have the state of the art system at an affordable price. Both Alfred and John are wonderful and efficient.

I have been an SST client for over 12 years. I seldom utilize the service, because the system is reliable. Recently I had an alarm communication issue, and finally converted from land line to cellular. The conversion was easy and completed professionally. The monitor personal are quick to respond and friendly. Could not be more pleased with SST.

Josh & Albert were fantastic! Went above and beyond. Seemlessly helped transition from Cox to Directtv. Programmed all devices to our liking, mounted a new TV, removed all cox equipment and reprogrammed our universal remote. Have been a longtime SST customer and their service team is a big reason why.

I may not know much about home TV/audio installation but Tech Al was polite and kind. He assessed the issue and knew exactly how to correct the problem. He was done within minutes. Then called me as a follow-up to make sure everything was working and that I was satisfied. Great service!

We were given an extensive but brief overview of the security system. Bismark had my daughter practice with her phone app, practice with the key fob and wall monitor screen. He was very patient and helpful. So far we are quite happy we have the system in place.

Bismark did a great job explaining all the features of the security system. Al and Lucky quickly and cleanly installed my TV and sound system as well as make sure WiFi was working well with all the devices.

The security system for our new house works great and the person who did the installation (Tyler) was very kind to us and was very thorough in explaining to us how both the system and the accompanying app for it work.

Upgraded my home alarm system to latest model. Daniel the technician did a great job on the installation, checking all the doors and window sensors and explaining how to use new system. Love the new system - can arm and disarm alarm with cellphone and get alerts also. Very happy with overall results.

Albert from SST was so helpful in setting up our new Ubiquiti Wi-Fi extender in our new house! He was very knowledgeable and gave great tips and advice.
