One word: Outstanding!!! Juan was very thorough, knowledgeable and was more than happy to walk me through every step he took to diagnose the issue with my outdoor A/C unit. Juan showed up for the appointment on time. He proceeded to diagnose our AC system. He was able to determine that the AC was working fine but the drain line was clogged. He spent considerable time in making sure that the drain line was unclogged. Even to the extent of removing and cleaning the p-trap that the drain line feeds into.
Lemuel did a thorough tune-up and some repair work on our HVAC system. He’s technically excellent and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He took the time to explain each issue and the recommended fix in a way that was easy to understand — patient, knowledgeable, and great at diagnosing problems. Highly recommend!
