Good job overall. After receiving emails from Smith Thompson and seeing the checklist and the pictures, I feel that it would have been helpful if he showed the pictures and the checklist before leaving so that I could have an opportunity to ask some questions about them.

Carson was very professional and indicated system components that will need attention soon. He did not pressure to fix it right away and made holistic recommendations based on the age of the system. He is knowledgeable of the entire system and provided additional information that will help in future purchasing decisions.
