Good job overall. After receiving emails from Smith Thompson and seeing the checklist and the pictures, I feel that it would have been helpful if he showed the pictures and the checklist before leaving so that I could have an opportunity to ask some questions about them.

He is knowledgeable of the entire system and provided additional information that will help in future purchasing decisions.
