SN Cleaning - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I was extremely pleased with the services provided. I appreciate the attention to detail and constant communication throughout. A great company, and will certainly be using them again.

Couldn’t recommend SN enough! Last year they cleaned 2 rugs and my mattress - they were my last resort before tossing the rugs due to dog messes. They used an enzyme cleaner and deodorizer to address the messes but I was wowed by how good my rugs looked! One of the rugs is white and sparkled afterwards! I am a… Read full review

The cleaner arrived within the window at the top of the time slot so I didn’t wait all day. He was very pleasant and professional. I have big dogs I had to gate so he could work and he handled the situation very calmly and friendly. Even my dogs liked him. My furniture was very fresh and very clean considering the… Read full review

Our couch was damaged from a leak from the roof, and SN Cleaning was extremely generous and accommodating with working around schedule changes to get the couch cleaned. We have a toddler and a dog, and the final cleaning product was as if the couch were barely touched by them. The cleaning itself was relatively… Read full review

Prompt, courteous, quick and did a great job! What more could you ask for?

Yesterday, I decided to have a rug cleaned with what looked like stains that couldn’t be removed. The technician came out and cleaned the spots almost immediately with special proprietary formula that that breaks up stains. I thought the rug was trash but after the cleaning it looks brand new! It’s a crisp white and… Read full review

Excellent first experience with SN Cleaning! They responded to my inquiry in minutes and were upfront about prices, which was very nice. They declined to clean one of my carpets because of the potential for damage of that particular synthetic fabric, so I appreciated the honesty and care from the very beginning.… Read full review

I am 100% satisfied with this company. They are efficient, reliable and their cleaning is outstanding! I will continue to use them!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. REASONABLE PRICE- and HONEST. I called gave measurement of my room size. I was told there was a min. fee- was there another area I needed cleaning. I was also asked if parking was available. I stated no, and was honestly told that price would also be included. I asked if tiles could be steamed. I… Read full review

Have used their service multiple times in the last few years. They’re extremely professional with their work and super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Happy with the service. Steve has really good communication and was on time. Carpet, couches, and bed mattresses look and smell phenomenal. Will continue using SN Cleaning in the future. Highly recommend.

Have been using SN Caroet Cleaning for the last since 2018 for cleaning services. They have deep cleaned carpets in my River North and Lincoln Park high rise condo. They are efficient, reasonable in price and professional. Highly recommend!!

Truly remarkable! Pet stains completely disappeared and smells have been neutralized. I was ready to get new carpeting but thought I’d try this first. Also had my couch deep cleaned and mattress cleaned after discovering a stain from our dog (don’t judge! He’s in diapers now!) I will be a loyal customer to SN… Read full review

Great results and awesome response time. I was able to get them to come clean our couch the next day after learning last minute we had guests coming.

I've used SN Cleaning to clean the carpeting in my rental condo unit in the Gold Coast neighborhood for 5 years. They were referred to me by my building's trusted maintenance supervisor. They've done an excellent job each time, cleaning the unit's white carpeting so well, that I haven't needed to replace it! I've… Read full review

SN Cleaning was timely, friendly, and professional. I have a Turkish rug that saw lots of foot traffic from humans and dogs, and they cleaned it up like new!

Outstanding service! I got my couch cleaned after confronting a horrible mouse infestation that led my dog to unalive a mouse on the upholstery. The cleaning exceeded expectations and the results were incredible. The service was so professional, Viktor (the technician) was thorough and efficient, and I had a remarkably improved couch after his visit.

I have always gone for SN cleaning whenever I need a carpet cleaning for years. They always do a great job , and make it feel so much cleaner. My carpets always look like new again.

Wonderful service - I’ve used them twice they cleaned and deodorized an XL area rug, two large coaches, and the runner on my stairs. Vladimir conducted my services. He alerted me prior to arrival, arrived on time, and did a thorough and efficient job. This is my second experience with the company and I would highly recommend them.

SN Cleaning did a beautiful job, carpets look new and smell better than new. The carpet cleaner was very neat and personable as well. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
