NIck was wonderful. We had an old lock broken and unable to secure our front door. He tried many ways to resolve and ultimately was able to work up a solution. Until we could get the door repaired. Once again...Derek did an outstanding job. Our front door would not open, as the door knob was stuck. Derek arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the door knob " good as new"... BRAVO Derek!!!!!
