Solar Automotive

Top-notch! 👏 They genuinely care, and I’ve seen firsthand how they work. That’s a virtue I truly appreciate. On top of that, they don’t break the bank! 🤯 I pray to God I have to see them as little as possible 😂, but if your car is having trouble, these men at Solar Automotive Repair are trustworthy. You can count on them!

Solar solved problems with my car which I could not get resolved at the dealership. The mechanic quickly noticed an issue that adversely affected my car’s performance. I will return to Solar all future maintenance actions.

Tony and the team are great!

Tony did great with my vehicle and took great care of it even when he couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong. He made sure I was well informed every step of the way and was very honest about what was going on. Would highly recommend and will be going back when I need to!

Great to work with. Will definitely be bringing our next car to them for a service. Thank you Solar Automotive for the great work.

Friendly service. Wait area clean and quiet. Came on referral from family as Solar has reputation for honesty. I almost hate to give these folks a good recommendation because then everybody in town will want to come and I won’t be able to get an appointment! They are so nice to work with. I appreciate the quiet… Read full review

Top Notch Service!

This is by far the best, most honest, knowledgeable, and fair auto repair shop. I think everyone has had some sort of negative experience at a repair place, but not here. My family has used Solar Automotive several times now. I never feel gouged, pressured, and most importantly they are honest humans. We recently… Read full review

They checked the entire vehicle. The report is easy to understand, they don’t push unnecessary repairs and are honest in regards to how much time before the repair becomes a “must”. Reliable, honest, and professional. All our vehicles are serviced y Solar.

I rarely leave reviews, but Solar Automotive absolutely earned this one. I entrusted them with a major mechanical refresh and reliability upgrade on my 2015 Camaro SS, and from beginning to end the experience was outstanding. This was not a simple oil change or brake job — the scope included: intake manifold… Read full review

Tony and his crew are HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. Although Solar is my go-to mechanic, I had to go somewhere else recently and let’s just say Tony kept them from squeezing thousands $$$ out of me. All their work is superior quality and they don’t use after market fall-apart parts.

Service was great, as always! Love these guys; I always feel very secure in what they find and fix!

Tony and everyone at Solar Audio are great. My job turned out to be bigger and more complicated than anticipated and they kept me informed and explained everything well. I highly recommend them.

Will definitely be back for any work that may be needed in any of my vehicles in the future. Would 100% recommend this shop to my friends and family

I had an awesome experience with Solar Automotive. They took great care of me from start to finish and were incredibly honest and trustworthy—which is honestly hard to find in the car industry these days. I originally took my car to Jeep, and they gave me a much higher quote and weren’t even planning to fix the… Read full review

Very professional staff and knowledgeable technicians. Will continue to use their services.

I want to give a shout-out to Tony, the owner. When an issue came up with my truck, he handled it the right way and personally made sure everything was taken care of. It’s not every day you see that level of honesty and integrity from a business owner. Tony clearly cares about his customers and stands behind his… Read full review

I took my 87 dodge pickup in to replace gaskets and oil seals. They did a full inspection and made recommendations on what was needed to put this relic back on the road. No pressure. They did a lot of work in a short time and after a few days I noticed that small things were repaired that I wasn’t charged for or… Read full review

Great shop, honest and straight shooters.

Good friendly service. The work performed was just as the maintenance book called for. They texted me when the work was completed and they left no mess. They also advised me of the need for upcoming brake service that I'll definitely schedule.

Another job well done. Finding a great mechanic is huge. I found mine. Thank you.

A year+ after my first review, and having taken 6 different vehicles there over that time, I still stand by my 5 stars. But only because I can't add more!! Grant, Marty and Matt have been absolutely amazing every single time we're there. They remain honest and straightforward every time we go in and the inspection… Read full review

Serviced all 3 cars here and extremely pleased with all the work done for each car.👍👍

I take all my vehicles to Solar Automotive. They have always done a great job and have taken care of my needs. They are fair, honest, reasonable, and very reliable.

Started off awesome when I first moved to Castle Rock, then gradually got increasingly stingy and difficult to work with. Mechanic accidentally left the shop with my keys one time, and I had to come back another time due to lose/missing bolts on my skidplate after an oil change. Then they just started quoting me… Read full review

Outstanding business! Very nice, clean establishment. Marty is very customer oriented. This is literally the best you’re gonna find in the city of Castle Rock. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Their team is honest, trustworthy and kind. You won’t regret having your vehicle serviced at Solar Automotive.

This was my 1st experience with Solar Automotive. I selected them for three reasons: 1) Competitive Labor Rates, 2) They pride themselves in not "upselling" unnecessary parts or repairs, and 3) I received three separate, unrelated, high recommendations from local people. What could use improvement: Not a single… Read full review
