Solar Automotive

We are SO grateful you were able and willing to get us in very last minute and at the end of the day. Thank you!

Everyone was amazing I would refer anyone to use them!! Great Guys!!!

Had an appointment for an oil change, but brakes needed work so they did it by the next day. Always great service. Thanks.

Really happy with my experience at Solar Automotive! I brought my 2024 MINI Countryman S in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation, and they made the whole experience so easy. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and I really appreciated that there were no… Read full review

Great service with professional and friendly staff!

Tony and his staff are always the best, speedy thorough friendly service.

Friendly atmosphere and good, honest service!

Great Job on the Subaru valve body and Fair price very hard to find a independent that you can trust Solar is one them

Prompt, efficient, transparent. I will not hesitate to come back.

As usual Tony squeezed me in on short notice for an oil change and tire rotation. Best place to get your car serviced.

We cannot say enough about the honesty, reliability and professionalism of Solar Automotive. Unfortunately, we have to leave after six years to care for parents. We can only hope to find a place half as good as Solar!

Always fair, prompt and quality work. Thanks!

Great to work with. Will definitely be bringing our next car to them for a service. Thank you Solar Automotive for the great work.

Tony and the team were amazing. I lost my husband a year ago, but he always spoke highly of everyone at Solar Automotive. So this was all new to me, but they made it so easy and seamless - even when I forgot to inform them about something. I was received with empathy and immense kindness. My car now feels brand-new… Read full review

Friendly service. Wait area clean and quiet. Came on referral from family as Solar has reputation for honesty. I almost hate to give these folks a good recommendation because then everybody in town will want to come and I won’t be able to get an appointment! They are so nice to work with. I appreciate the quiet… Read full review

This is by far the best, most honest, knowledgeable, and fair auto repair shop. I think everyone has had some sort of negative experience at a repair place, but not here. My family has used Solar Automotive several times now. I never feel gouged, pressured, and most importantly they are honest humans. We recently… Read full review

Rear brakes/rotors and oil change and incidentals done efficiently. Under $600. Excellent service

Tony and Katie are the best! I love supporting them and their business! This is my second service with them. I’ll definitely take my car there again…and again! I highly recommend!

Awesome service!

Always a great experience. Everyone is very friendly. Always get a full digital inspection and complete estimate on repairs with no pressure.

Solar Automotive has been fantastic. My battery died while I was at a school holiday concert, and not only did they come jump the car, they towed it to their shop and had a new battery installed and the car ready by the time the concert ended. Since then, I've used them for oil changes too, and they're always quick,… Read full review

I rarely leave reviews, but Solar Automotive absolutely earned this one. I entrusted them with a major mechanical refresh and reliability upgrade on my 2015 Camaro SS, and from beginning to end the experience was outstanding. This was not a simple oil change or brake job — the scope included: intake manifold… Read full review

Tony and his crew are HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. Although Solar is my go-to mechanic, I had to go somewhere else recently and let’s just say Tony kept them from squeezing thousands $$$ out of me. All their work is superior quality and they don’t use after market fall-apart parts.

Service was great, as always! Love these guys; I always feel very secure in what they find and fix!

Tony and everyone at Solar Audio are great. My job turned out to be bigger and more complicated than anticipated and they kept me informed and explained everything well. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer since you opened! Always great with all my automobiles!! Customer service fantastic. Thanks again.

This shop worked on my truck and done an amazing job! It nearly needed rebuilt!! Got it back in a week and everything is perfect, thanks for the great service and friendly atmosphere!! Will definitely be back for any work that may be needed in any of my vehicles in the future. Would 100% recommend this shop to my friends and family

Very professional staff and knowledgeable technicians. Will continue to use their services.

Brought in my 1991 ZR- 1 Corvette to troubleshoot a fuel issue. The shop was eager to work on the relatively rare LT5 engine and quickly diagnosed a faulty fuel pump and fixed a few nuisance oil leaks. I was reluctant to let just anyone work on this vehicle, however the shop could not have done a better job.… Read full review

Best & most honest service in town, hands down.

In the last month or two Solar has done the timing belt, CV axles and replaced some leaky gaskets on our 4-Runner. They always communicate throughout the process, have fair pricing and friendly customer service. Solar has serviced three of our family cars and we will continue to visit them for all our cars mechanical needs.

I remain a very satisfied customer with continued appointments made with 3 separate vehicles. Recently, they serviced my 2022 Camry thoroughly and provided me a complete report. They identified future maintenance issues (on next visit). Fast, prompt, very professional and courteous. I have found a gem for car maintenance in Castle Rock.

We’ve been coming here for years. Great service, knowledgeable staff, responsive owner, and transparent work are the reasons we keep coming back. This is a great shop.

Always a great experience at Solar automotive. We have all 4 of our vehicles serviced there and each time it is excellent!!

Love this place! Grant & Matt know how to service cars & people. Spoke with another customer in waiting area he said he has 5 vehicles and brings them all to Solar.

Amazing service! They were upfront about everything, extremely helpful on saving me money, and went above and beyond on service. Highly recommend them. I found my mechanic shop in Castle Rock for sure.

Great friendly staff, was a joy to have my car serviced there. will definitely return

I really liked the inspection report process with recommended actions and immediate actions. It will help me track my maintenance history. I asked that the complimentary inspection double check the tie rods due to a squeak on tight turns. They took extra time to drive test it and check-it-out when the visual… Read full review

I love this place.

This was my first visit and it went very well. There was no attempt to upsell and the service was done right. I will be back.

I had a great first experience with Solar Automotive. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an inspection and oil change, they found the vehicle to be in great shape and only recommended an oil change. No upselling, I left confident in the vehicles condition and with a fresh tank of oil. Looking forward to returning for… Read full review

I have my Lexus serviced at Solar Automotive for a total engine replacement and a full brake job. I am so pleased with the results. The quality of service was more than I expected and the downtime was minimal. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. I highly recommend Solar Automotive for all your automotive care needs. John

They were able to get me in on a shorter notice and did a fantastic job! The work was completed on time and they sent me emails and texts with their findings as the work progressed throughout the day. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and courteous from start to finish!

They always do a great job.

We cannot say enough positive things about Solar Automotive. We would not go anywhere else. If you want honest reliable maintenence and repair you have found your automotive repairs place for life. Hands down best service around. Thank you Solar Automotive.

Easy to work with and schedule. They explain everything in simple terms and have reasonable pricing. They also go out of their way to make sure the price is accurate. I would recommend!

So nice to have a mechanic I trust. I never feel like they’re looking for extra things to charge me for. They’re nice, quick, and straightforward.

I love coming here for my auto repair! They are all very friendly and I feel that I’m in quality hands. They’re transparent and provide great service. I will absolutely continue my business here.

Great service quick and very friendly

Always a straightforward and great experience with Solar.

Great service, well priced, nice and helpful staff and a DOG met me at the front desk. 11/10.

Very nice and polite.

Replaced spark plugs and two ignition coils on 06 Toyota Avalon. Performed diagnosis to determine problem quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with all that was done.

I can't say enough great things about the owners of this company and the perfect service they gave me. Every step of the way they communicated very clearly, showed me the problems out in the shop, sent me an email with many pictures from underneath my car and my total price was VERY reasonable. From the person… Read full review

Friendly, Honest and on time! Great customer service! They even showed me a feature on my vehicle for teenage drivers that you can turn on that sets of an alarm if they are speeding! Awesome people and I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing service. Walked me through every step of the process and took the time to explain why a service was needed. A+ all around and will use for all of our family car needs in the future

Solat Automotive is fast and fair. They do good work in the amount of time they say. I appreciate the convenience to my house and will continue to give them my business.

We have taken our vehicles to Solar automotive for numerous repairs and just regular oil changes and each time has been positive and they do what they can to show awesome customer service. Would recommend them for any repairs or standard oil changes.

I continually receive great service at Solar! I've been taking my car to the Castle Rock location since they opened and they're always friendly and get my car done quickly. I especially like the photo updates!

Not only did they get my forerunner up and running after another mechanic had made quite a mess of it but they detailed my engine just because and with 210,000 miles on it, it is never looked so clean. Great customer service and satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed.

Solar Automotive is hands down first class and best in the business. You will not find a more honest and trustworthy shop, so don’t even bother looking. Their communication is unmatched and they stand behind their quality work 100%. I won’t take any of my personal cars or fleet vehicles anywhere else. Marty, Grant,… Read full review

Marty and the service team did an excellent job with vehicle service and repairs. They are knowledgable, honest, detail oriented and bring a positive and encouraging experience to your automotive repair needs.

Great people and outstanding service! By far the best auto service shop I have found in Castle Rock.

After a scary incident with my water pump breaking while I was driving on the 25, Solar got me in immediately and did an incredibly thorough job diagnosing what the problem was. Their customer service and explanation of the problem in layman’s terms was second to none. The quote included pictures and educational… Read full review

The service was fast and done right the first time. Communication was excellent too! Thanks.

Skilled, professional & informative . I recommend this shop for your automotive needs and will return for future maintenance.

Very fast service and a nice military discount.

A year+ after my first review, and having taken 6 different vehicles there over that time, I still stand by my 5 stars. But only because I can't add more!! This was my first visit to Solar Auto and I will be returning for all other services on my vehicles. They were friendly, honest, competent, and priced fairly. The team at Solar Automotive are honest and upfront with what needs to be fix and what doesn't. I've used Solar several times now and each time I'm impressed not only with the quickness of service but how they treat the customers. They don't try and up-sale you! I will continue to use Solar

I can always rely on Solar Automotive to be trustworthy, reliable and reasonable in my car's repairs.

Marty and the guys at Solar are the best! They are always transparent and quick. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

We always use solar automotive. Great service, communication, and people!

This was my 1st experience with Solar Automotive. I selected them for three reasons: 1) Competitive Labor Rates, 2) They pride themselves in not "upselling" unnecessary parts or repairs, and 3) I received three separate, unrelated, high recommendations from local people. What could use improvement: Not a single… Read full review

Solar Automotive is the most honest place to get your car or van fixed. I drive all the way from Denver to go to Solar Automotive because I know I will be honestly dealt with. If it weren’t for these guys, we would not have been able to cash out the warranty through another company that made a major mistake. They are so honest, reliable and kind!

These guys are top notch. They are super nice and honest. I feel comfortable here and that says a lot for a female at an auto shop who doesn't work on cars for a living.
