Really happy with my experience at Solar Automotive! I brought my 2024 MINI Countryman S in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation, and they made the whole experience so easy. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and I really appreciated that there were no…
Awesome service as usual! Tony was so kind to work with our schedule to get us in for a pre-purchase inspection. We live in the Monument area and know taking our cars to Solar Automotive is worth the drive for the peace of mind, excellent service, fair prices and honesty provided. A++++++ Thank you Tony and Solar Automotive!
Great to work with. Will definitely be bringing our next car to them for a service. Thank you Solar Automotive for the great work.
This is by far the best, most honest, knowledgeable, and fair auto repair shop. I think everyone has had some sort of negative experience at a repair place, but not here. My family has used Solar Automotive several times now. I never feel gouged, pressured, and most importantly they are honest humans. We recently…
I rarely leave reviews, but Solar Automotive absolutely earned this one. I entrusted them with a major mechanical refresh and reliability upgrade on my 2015 Camaro SS, and from beginning to end the experience was outstanding. This was not a simple oil change or brake job — the scope included: intake manifold…
Tony and his crew are HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. Although Solar is my go-to mechanic, I had to go somewhere else recently and let’s just say Tony kept them from squeezing thousands $$$ out of me. All their work is superior quality and they don’t use after market fall-apart parts.
Service was great, as always! Love these guys; I always feel very secure in what they find and fix!
This shop worked on my truck and done an amazing job! It nearly needed rebuilt!! Got it back in a week and everything is perfect, thanks for the great service and friendly atmosphere!! Will definitely be back for any work that may be needed in any of my vehicles in the future. Would 100% recommend this shop to my friends and family
Best & most honest service in town, hands down.
I remain a very satisfied customer with continued appointments made with 3 separate vehicles. Recently, they serviced my 2022 Camry thoroughly and provided me a complete report. They identified future maintenance issues (on next visit). Fast, prompt, very professional and courteous. I have found a gem for car maintenance in Castle Rock.
Reasonable, talented and honest. None better!
Update: 11/29/2025 I discovered the ownership had recently change when picking up my vehicle and asking about my usual contact, Grant. Ironically, I had my vehicle in for a brake system evaluation and Tony, the new owner recommended waiting another 10,000 miles before performing the brake job. This says to me that…
Always done right and on time!
Amazing service! They were upfront about everything, extremely helpful on saving me money, and went above and beyond on service. Highly recommend them. I found my mechanic shop in Castle Rock for sure.
Great crew at Solar Automotive repair!
Our daughter was home from the USAF on leave for a visit before departing for her first duty assignment. Her car has been sitting for 8 mos. We wanted to ensure it was in tip top shape for the journey since was going to the East Coast. We chose Solar because her car is a hybrid. The team at Solar was able to squeeze…
I had a great first experience with Solar Automotive. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an inspection and oil change, they found the vehicle to be in great shape and only recommended an oil change. No upselling, I left confident in the vehicles condition and with a fresh tank of oil. Looking forward to returning for…
I have my Lexus serviced at Solar Automotive for a total engine replacement and a full brake job. I am so pleased with the results. The quality of service was more than I expected and the downtime was minimal. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. I highly recommend Solar Automotive for all your automotive care needs. John
They were able to get me in on a shorter notice and did a fantastic job! The work was completed on time and they sent me emails and texts with their findings as the work progressed throughout the day. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and courteous from start to finish!
Always go above and beyond. Truck was just clicking and I was certain it was the starter. Had it towed and they found out it was just low batteries. Charged it up with no charge and I was good to go.
They always do right by me. I moved away from Castle Rock and I still will make the drive up to them.
Grant and his team have always done fantastic work from labor intensive repairs to basic check ups. Plus exceptional customer service keeps me coming back to their shop!
Always a straightforward and great experience with Solar.
Great service, well priced, nice and helpful staff and a DOG met me at the front desk. 11/10.
Amazing service. Walked me through every step of the process and took the time to explain why a service was needed. A+ all around and will use for all of our family car needs in the future
Professional & proficient. Courteous and helpful throughout’
It was convenient for me that they offer shuttle service.
Not only did they get my forerunner up and running after another mechanic had made quite a mess of it but they detailed my engine just because and with 210,000 miles on it, it is never looked so clean. Great customer service and satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed.
I recommend Solar to everyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic! Marty goes above and beyond every time and I don’t feel like I’m being cheated. The work is done quickly and efficiently. Love them!!!
Replaced drivers side head du to a crack in the original. Stayed on budget, communicating continually on progress and status. Theses guys are my new shop!
Super friendly, great work on my car and very helpful
I have always taken the vehicle to the dealership where it was purchased new. I brought it to Solar Automotive and I will not be taking it anywhere else in the future! Everyone was so polite and explained everything about the repairs and answered all of my questions. I was treated with respect and not like some…
This was my first visit to Solar Auto and I will be returning for all other services on my vehicles. They were friendly, honest, competent, and priced fairly. They actually suggested I wait and not repair an issue another shop said was critical. They didn't have to as they could have just gone along with the other…
Very responsive, quick turnaround and kept us informed throughout the process. We have a few things to finish and will be back.
Loved my experienced here. They were honest and fair in checking my car for issues.
