Solar Auto is one of those businesses where you see hundreds of 5-star reviews online, visit them for the first time, and instantly understand why. They are very friendly, honest, and fair in their service, skills and business practices. They never try to upsell you unnecessarily and are extremely respectful of your…
Tony and the team are great!
Tony and the team were amazing. I lost my husband a year ago, but he always spoke highly of everyone at Solar Automotive. So this was all new to me, but they made it so easy and seamless - even when I forgot to inform them about something. I was received with empathy and immense kindness. My car now feels brand-new…
Great experience here. Had appointment for Tesla Model Y alignment check at 0800. My vehicle rolled right in shortly thereafter. Was quoted about an hour if alignment was in pretty good shape and up to 5 hours if it needed significant adjustment. Fortunately, mine only needed minor tweaking. Was completed in a…
This shop worked on my truck and done an amazing job! It nearly needed rebuilt!! Got it back in a week and everything is perfect, thanks for the great service and friendly atmosphere!! Will definitely be back for any work that may be needed in any of my vehicles in the future. Would 100% recommend this shop to my friends and family
Best & most honest service in town, hands down.
Update: 11/29/2025 I discovered the ownership had recently change when picking up my vehicle and asking about my usual contact, Grant. Ironically, I had my vehicle in for a brake system evaluation and Tony, the new owner recommended waiting another 10,000 miles before performing the brake job. This says to me that…
Amazing service! They were upfront about everything, extremely helpful on saving me money, and went above and beyond on service. Highly recommend them. I found my mechanic shop in Castle Rock for sure.

Solar Automotive is hands down first class and best in the business. You will not find a more honest and trustworthy shop, so don’t even bother looking. Their communication is unmatched and they stand behind their quality work 100%. I won’t take any of my personal cars or fleet vehicles anywhere else. Marty, Grant,…
After a scary incident with my water pump breaking while I was driving on the 25, Solar got me in immediately and did an incredibly thorough job diagnosing what the problem was. Their customer service and explanation of the problem in layman’s terms was second to none. The quote included pictures and educational…
Skilled, professional & informative . I recommend this shop for your automotive needs and will return for future maintenance.
Super friendly, great work on my car and very helpful
A year+ after my first review, and having taken 6 different vehicles there over that time, I still stand by my 5 stars. But only because I can't add more!! Grant, Marty and Matt have been absolutely amazing every single time we're there. They remain honest and straightforward every time we go in and the inspection…
The team at Solar Automotive are honest and upfront with what needs to be fix and what doesn't. I've used Solar several times now and each time I'm impressed not only with the quickness of service but how they treat the customers. They don't try and up-sale you! I will continue to use Solar
