Had the tint for about a week now, looks REALLY good. No complaints there. Customer service was nice and professional. My reasoning for 4 stars is that I had a 1:00 pm appointment and they were behind so it my car didn't get taken back until 3:26, so it kinda shot my evening plans. It was finished by 6:30 and they…
Solar shade did an amazing job on my full car window tint job. Soffie helped me pick a tint shade. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The removal and application process didn't take long at all and I am very pleased with the service I received. I will take all my vehicles there for tinting services from now on.
Tint looks great , Eric at the front desk is very helpful and met my needs.
I LOVE THE QUICK SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED? BEAUTIFUL JOB THEY DID WITH MY CAR!!!
I just got my car tinted this morning and Solar Shade’s customer service was excellent. Sam was very nice when I scheduled my appointment yesterday, they started working on my car on time, getting the whole job done in only 3 hours! Prices were better than other places I’d checked, too. I have already recommended this place to my friends.
Excellent friedly service.
Taylor was very helpful. I was a new customer. She went the extra mile to find out something for me. The service was scheduled for about 3 hours. They were done about 15 minutes earlier than expected. I was able to make it to work on time. I appreciate Taylor’s willingness to take care of a customer. She helped…
They started to remove my back window tinting and afterwards said they couldn't do it without scraping it and destroying the defrost. 4 days later another company did an excellent job no damage to defrost in back window. They just weren't willing to take the time and do it right. Sir stop lying to future…
Easy scheduling with good availability, my tint job came out really nice went with 15% all around, only con I waited well over 3 hours although I had an appointment time of 1:00PM I do understand there can be delays that are not accounted for in business but a pre-call to say “Hey were behind do you mind coming…
My daughter went to Solar Shade Window Tint with her new car including the heat reduction full windshield tint. The job was so good it looked like it came that way from the factory. I later took my new 2500HD there to tint the side and Full windshield for UV/Heat protection and I immediately noticed the difference…
They got me in fast and finished the job in the timeframe they quoted. They tinted my Tesla perfectly. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional.
Awesome customer service. Showed up at my designated appointment time. They took the car back with an expected completion time of an hour but was finished about 15 minutes before that. The quality was perfect. I’d recommend solar shade to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Nice facility as well.
I liked everything in high quality professional work, they took my car without appoitment they did everything I'm glad the only thing if you want to get there you need to either leave the car for the whole day or make an appointment in advance because you are very busy
Great business, if you need your car tinted they’re the people to go to. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable and prices are great .
Extremely impressive service! Very pleased with everything - front desk staff, communication, punctuality, quality of tint, and price. My vehicle looks great and the tint has made a huge difference in the Florida sun!
Really satisfied with the level of care and consideration that Solar Shade had with my vehicle. They did a quality job at an affordable price. My future vehicles will be brought here!
My Wife Enjoyed the Experience that we received from Solar Tint and we’ll definitely come back for any future needs for our Vehicle.
Great job and super professional ! Always recommend to my friends and family !
Sam is the best !!
It’s a busy time for everyone but they took the time to return my call. They’ve done two of our vehicles previously and so we opted to head back for my wife’s new vehicle. They did a good job and it looks so much better.
Really like the way my vehicle stayed from I’m from out of town not from around here but I’ll definitely refer anyone I know to get there windows tinted here
They are awesome!!! My tinted windows look amazing and are the perfect amount of darkness. The wait time wasn’t bad at all they had my car done in an hour and a half! Very sweet staff from the guys who did my windows to the girl at the front desk. They will make your car look good!!!
I had my cars paint corrected and a ceramic coating done. The car looks like it did right from the factory! They also redid my stripes and they look great. I could not be more impressed with the customer service and work done by Liz and Andrew. I am definitely referring people to them for any exterior work.
So I was riding with my girlfriend and realized that everybody in the world could see everything that we were doing in the car and it’s just a weird uncomfortable feeling… So I made a decision that I wanted to surprise her one day, so I asked if I could borrow her car and told her I would drop her off at work and…
