Welcoming, friendly, clean, organized with talented stylist. I can't recommend this salon enough. Beth is amazing and talented with hair. Everyone there is very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
My experience at this salon was amazing. I was in Portsmouth for my son's wedding and was cancelled by another stylist at the last minute. I showed up without an appointment and explained my dilemma. The gals at the salon went out of their way to help me with a trim, blowout, pin back, and makeup. They turned…
After a couple of failed attempts elsewhere, I finally found the right place at Solari Hair Salon in Portsmouth. Avy (pronounced Avee) took the time to really listen and understand what I was going for—and absolutely nailed the men’s hair color I had been trying to get right for a while. Thank you, Avy, for your…
Welcoming salon with a spectacular stylist in Molly. She gives me a great cut that I can wear naturally wavy or blown out. She listens to my concerns and on my latest appointment gave me the most natural looking highlights I have ever had.
Solari spa in Portsmouth is very welcoming experience. Jillian is wonderful, and does best coloring and cuts! She’s the best!
Payne took wonderful care while highlighting my hair!
Truly the best experience! They were able to get me in the next day for a color correction after an unfortunate experience at a different salon and Paige worked WONDERS. Definitely my new hair place from here on out !
A+ experience - 1st time at Solari Salon as I recently moved from Boston to Portsmouth - Paige, my lovely stylist was wonderful - she provided a relaxing & enjoyable time from beginning to end…full foil & cut were excellent & purchased some great products - have already made my next appointment with her for the fall…

Always amazing! I've been a client for many years and never been disappointed. They are very knowledgeable and well skilled. Shout out to Beth and Lynn!
Just had a wonderful experience for my first time at Solari. Met a phenomenal hairstylist named Evelyn. She was pleasant, knew exactly what to do with my hair and my hair came out great. Great experience! Ask for Evelyn. ☆☆☆☆☆
Love my haircut, Paige did a great job and always a pleasure to see Lynn!
Jillian is always very professional and listens to what I want to do with my hair.
Jillian is delightful & professional and I love my cut & color!
I was a little nervous coming here for the first time as my hair its difficult to work with, I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, but Evelyn, took the time to discuss my options and provide recommendations based on my hair type and face shape. Evelyn, really listened to my concerns and preferences, The…

The ladies that work at Solari are so wonderful! Very kind, professional and they give great feedback. Both Jillian and Beth have done a beautiful job with my color, highlights, lowlights, and cuts. I travel from Wolfeboro just to have the wonderful experience. Beautiful location as well! Thank you ladies!!
i’ve gone here for over a year. emily does an amazing job ❤️
My hairdresser retired at the start of the pandemic so I’ve mostly been cutting it myself. I’ve had to be cautious because my husband is in cancer treatment. I explained this as I put on a mask, and Jillian immediately went and got one for herself, without hesitation. You can’t know what this means to people who…
Carolyn’s magical hands gave me another perfect pedicure yesterday. And, Molly cut and styled my curly hair to perfection. Thank you! Solari.
Love Beth, she is not only a wonderful hair dresser, she is an amazing human. Our whole family loves you and this business, thank you.
Beautiful spot. The Solari Team was able to sneak me in last minute before photo-shot. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a amazing haircut
Great service, color and cut. Molly listened to what I was hoping for and she did a great job. I wish they had additional seating for clients while waiting.
I always look forward to a haircut at Solari Salon & Spa, where everyone is kind and welcoming. Emily does the best bob cuts I've ever had, and Krisna does an excellent job waxing. I highly recommend visiting Solari.
As usual Solari’s personal was so accommodating. Mollie has a lot of experience and my cut was so perfect. This salon has no equivalent in our area. Always happy to come back.
Jill did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. In addition to being talented and knowledgeable, she is both friendly and professional.
Very pleased with the haircut and highlights done by Molly.

I started with a haircut. (Molly) my stylist, listened to what I needed to be done with my long straight hair and I finished with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Solari Spa.
It’s wonderful with the closing that I was able to get what I needed by calling and meeting Lyn at the door. Thank you!!!!
I love visiting Solari Salon for my hair appointments, always relaxing and fun!
Beth is a great stylist and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Always enjoy seeing her!
Person who gave me my haircut didn’t ask what I wanted exactly and went freestyle on my hair, didn’t ask me about lengths or anything. I’ve grown out my hair for about 7 months and needed a trim, so that’s what I asked for but did not receive it at all although I asked for longer on the top and taking a little off…
Jillian is Grrrrrreat! Love it.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The weather was terrible but the team did a great job communicating any delays as well as making accommodations for commuters and appointment times. The stylist was lovely and I left with a great haircut.
Emily was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and then followed through with them.
