The person coming out to the house was very friendly and helpful. He right away discovered what the problem was. It was easy to get an appointment. I will definitely use them again in the future
Everything in person was great. Mike spent time to find the cause of your issue, and explained his process. Offered products but didn't oversell. I would have liked a call or text the day before with a more precise arrival time, other than the 4 hour window assigned.
Excellent experience and will now use them at my home as well as my business.
Your technician, John, carefully examined my property, fully explained what I needed and worked carefully and competently. It was an excellent experience and I'll call Solidified the next time I have a pest issue.
We had technician Mike come out to service our home in Redford today. I cannot say enough great things! He was punctual, kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took his time and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Solidified!
Just had this company come to my house after hearing scratching in our attic. Great price and extremely knowledgeable. We live in the woods so they gave us a discount to sign up and treat our home quarterly. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs you have!
