The manager and his staff are always professional. The have two types of vacuum hoses and air to clean out the interior of your car. Also love that there is going to be a Starbucks in their parking lot. Add to my review, Carson, super nice kid, very friendly and professional
Poorly organized, unable to assist numerous monthly customers with unreadable stickers, I've watched more than a few cars being lifted 6 inches into the air and then dropped down again into the slot, workers are nearly impossible to find. We are done with this place, even if it is convenient to our Costco.…
Carson made helpful recommendations of each car wash selection and services provided.

MEG AND CARSON
The quality of this car wash has gone down the past few years. This business has raised its prices multiple times and the quality has gotten worse.
Wash was very impressive! Carson was extremely helpful! Also the manager, not sure of his name, was very helpful, stopped by the detailing area to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks for the great experience!
Carson was super helpful! We have been going to this Car Wash since it opened and everyone is always super kind and Tentative!
Go to car wash conveniently located next to the Costco. Plus they have the moist towels. Carson was also very helpful A+++

I went through this car wash today and Jose was really helpful helping me get checked in! They have vacuums to help clean your car out after which is really helpful too
Sossaman Auto Spa is always clean and well staff. The one time I had an issue where the wash was broken, staff took the initiative and offered a return voucher. I’ve been going to them for over a year and half with the unlimited package and I’m always pleased with the service. Kortsen also makes sure my car is well cared for.
Carson and the whole team here have great service! If any residual dirt is on the car they will make sure to re-service the wash. I am a repeat customer.
Great service Carson took good care of me.!
Your car wash is one of the best we have used. We were pleased with friendly staff. One in particular, Carson, went out of his way to way to help us have a clean car. He offered to wash and dry our floor mats. We leave for home, Iowa, in a few weeks- will use this car wash next year

Love that I can combine Costco trip with my car wash. Carson was great on our last visit. He helped us wipe our car down and got us out quickly. One thing to improve on is I don’t get the dash wipe or the scent on every trip. I saw they had plenty in the bins behind them but didn’t give me one.
Jose was great! Will come back
David was awesome. He allowed me to get an upgraded wash.Because I pressed the wrong button and then signed me up for a membership love love This car wash... thank you , david so much for your wonderful help
