I reached out to the studio inquiring about the teacher training. Before stepping foot in the studio my experience was nothing but wonderful! The teachers for all the classes I have taken have all been great. I especially love the heated classes. I am currently in the teacher training and loving every moment!

Soul Strong is the most welcoming yoga community that I have ever been a part of. From classes to workshops to YTT, SSY has every participant's best at heart and it shows. SSY has become my second family and I don't know where I'd be without them!

They aren't a corporate company so every teacher is different and has their own unique style which I appreciate so much...I am never bored. Even if you do go to the same yoga teacher no two classes are the same and I almost always learn something new. The cherry on top is the community that I've found here. So glad I found this place. Forever member!

Edit 4/25/26 since owner called: Let me be clear. The people who run this show are terrible. I was called on Saturday and told I should have asked for a sliding fee schedule that isn't expressed anywhere! I was supposed to know that was an option. "I should have asked!" The owner who called me explained! But when I mentioned it to the part time yoga teacher was blocked. The owner was condescending and placative. I was verklempt at the begining of the call because I wasn't ever anything other than pleading for alternatives. She tried to switch it up at the end but make no mistake. These people want you to be a mind reader and ask them for a lower price! Cause that's what people do right? Get a haircut and haggle? I am appalled at the response I received. I would not bother but if you are a high dollar clientele, go on. According to her: 250 from 259 for 10 classes is lower prices. Also, pay attention to her verbiage. NEW client memberships! 39$ got you a month of unlimited classes now it's 49$ for 2 weeks. Thought I hadn't looked huh? I also will not be disrespected and told lies upon. Meanwhile nothing has changed except for the facility. Same blankets, same towels, same cherry almond scented alcohol. You GOT SOME REAL NERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALSO YOU HAVE JESSICA CROSS LEAVING REVIEWS AS OF SIX MONTHS AGO AND WHO NEEDS THE TEACHERS TO PUMP REVIEWS UP IF IT'S THAT GOOD? I doubt most of the reviews didn't come with the "discount" I was never offered. Previous review 4/24/26: This place was amazing at first. But the outrageous price increases and yoga teachers make it monetary instead of healing. I regret the money I spent and Jessica is clearly unable to provide healing as she so graciously showed me today. Her abundance comes from expensive sound healings. Who will spend 180 dollars for me to ring a bell outside for 50 mins? Not I. Ten classes used to be 159. Now they are almost 300. 259 I last checked. So now more than 25$ a class. For 55 mins. Kick rocks

Hi Tiff,
We’ve reviewed this carefully and are unable to find any record of the experience described. The services and pricing mentioned do not reflect what we offer at Soul Strong Yoga. We have not held outdoor offerings since the pandemic.
Our 10-class pack was last adjusted in January 2024, and we have since lowered the cost of our new client offer and several membership options — not increased them.
We also do not allow personal attacks toward our instructors. Our teachers are dedicated, hardworking members of this community and deserve to be treated with respect.
