They worked quickly and efficiently from room to room while being very careful with the house. They even swept each room when they were finished. They came prepared with an extra-large U-Haul and hauled everything away in one trip. Very professional, hardworking, and reasonably priced. Excellent job from start to finish.

Waste of time - do not reach out. Im moving out of my apartment and needed a couch to be removed. Reached out to this local spot to try and keep in in the south bay and get it removed. I was still trying to sell this couch, so we decided that i could text back about a week later [on the 25th] and then pickup could be set for that sunday [the 27th]. I texted a day earlier on the 24th to get it all set up and the guy said he was already booked and could do it a few days later, but im moving so needed it on the 27th at the latest. The person seemed clueless to the situation and sounds like they have horrible planning at this place. Would only recommend if you want to get screwed over or have plans fall through. Would never take this person's word on anything. Stopped responding when i wanted to speak to a manager as well. Joke of a removal company. Ended up going with a different place with way better communication and customer service

Thank you for sharing your experience.I would like to clarify the timeline for anyone reading this review.
When you initially contacted me, you were still attempting to sell the couch , and we agreed that you would reach back out when you were ready to have it removed . When you contacted me again you requested pickup for the 27th . At that point I was already fully booked for that date, so I immediately let you know that I was unavailable and offered the next date available that I have.
I understand that moving deadline can be stressful and I’m sorry that my availability did not match your required your move out date. However I did not confirm or guarantee a pickup for the 27th so I don believe it’s accurate to characterize this as a scheduled appointment that I failed to honor. I always do my best to communicate my availability honestly rather then promise a time I can’t keep. I wish you the best with your move
