As the President of an HOA, there are quite a few steps I have to go through before hiring a vendor to work on our building, including obtaining estimates from three different companies. The process can be tedious, but the owner of South Florida Plumbing and Backflow, LLC. was Incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process.
In fact, they went above and beyond by recommending that I speak directly with the County Water and Utilities Department to make sure I had all the necessary information and had truly checked every box before moving forward.
Then came the estimates—and not only was South Florida Plumbing and Backflow, LLC. the right price, but they also provided a clear, straightforward plan for the work. There was never any pressure or sense that I was being sold something I didn't need.
