Every person at this office - from the front desk to the Veterinarians - are really great! The communication between patient and staff is efficient, clear, accommodating and highly responsive. All seem to genuinely care about animals and the pets in their care. The vets are very knowledgeable, thorough, and…
The staff is friendly and caring. They are transparent about their pricing and show care for the pet parents as well. We’ve been taking our dog since he was a puppy and he loves coming here for pets and peanut butter.
We had a great experience at South Park super friendly and patient staff. One of my dogs is super anxious at the vet so they were really friendly and able to work with me to get my little guy calm for the visit with lots of love and pets (he was jealous of his brother getting all the attention )
Really great service, everyone working there just really cares for the pets. Such a lovely touch to have a photo in the exam room for my dog Freddie. We were getting a pre travel check,…as relocating home to Ireland and they Even wrote hello Freddie in Irish! Such a nice touch . Highly recommend this vets practice.
Dr. Zerina and Arielle are fantastic, my dog is not the easiest at the vet and they were amazing with him
I've had dogs my entire life, and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Pal and team truly treat every pet like family. Dr. Ro and Ariel were so nice, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. My concerns about my dog were heard, and they came up with a great plan of care. 100% would recommend!! Thank y’all!
Great customer service. Love Dr Pal she's been Tommygirl's Dr for over 13 years. Great Doctor compassionate with animals.
Absolutely the best! I have complete trust in them. They consistently take excellent care of my pets. I really appreciate that they don’t push unnecessary tests, which is such a rare and valuable quality. The doctors, technicians, and entire staff are incredibly caring and truly top-notch.
