Zach Is an excellent Inspector. He is friendly and thorough. The day of our inspection it was raining but as he stated He does do inspections in rain. We were able to do a walkthrough and he explained everything in detail. We were very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for home…

Zachary walked us through the inspection without any hesitation. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was very thorough in explaining his findings, and asked if we had any questions during the inspection, and after the inspection was completed. Highly recommend Zachary for future inspections.
