I submitted a request through the website, and Mr. Christmas called me 5 minutes later. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. He was not able to clean two of the furniture pieces I had hoped to have cleaned and explained why he couldn't. The other chairs and carpet were expertly cleaned. Very efficient and friendly!

Tim did an amazing job on our very large sectional. It had seen better days between kids, pets, 3 moves, and life.
