I'm very pleased with the wonderful care my dog receives. My girl had an emergency and I was given an appointment the same day. The doctor did blood work and x rays. The doctor was upfront and honest about her condition.
Edit: Still our provider for our family pets. Our cat, Walter, had a urgent matter. They saw him quickly. After a couple of days of care, he's made a full recovery and is ready to come home. I never worried about him while in their care. Absolutely the best experience. I switched vets and I'm so happy I did!…
We are out of town visiting family and my senior dog (who has health problems) got sick the day before driving back home. The wonderful staff here were able to fit him in with no appointment, provide the treatments to get him feeling better, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your care and giving us peace of mind!
So we brought him in to get checked out cause he had these huge bumps on his leg, ear and bird. He tends to be mean to vets and try to eat them up. But they were good with him surgery went good, he ended up ripping his stitches out of his ear after a week so we had to go back and they put stables in it to fix it…

After a sleepless night worrying we’d loose our Kompis, we got an immediate appointment and he’s been taking care of and we believe we’ll have him longer.

I have a 3 year old chocolate lab named Meena that ate poison. I was so close Friday to putting her down. Had already signed the paperwork. I can't thank Dr. Heidi enough for convincing me at the last minute to give her 1 more day. What a difference a day makes. I love all you guys at Southern Pearl. You have always taken such good care of all my babies. Thank you all so very much.

I called here looking for an at home euthanasia care Vet Dr. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had left three messages with the clinic to see if the DR could help me put my precious 16 year old ill cat to sleep. I left my name and number and was told the Dr .would call me back. Twice she was not in, and the day she was in, I still did not get a call back, no courtesy call, nothing saying we can't help you or to try to arrange a time. Crickets. Would not recommend this place, while the person answering the phone was kind and took my message, there was no attempt by anyone to return my call.
I was back in the office Friday the 18th and had my receptionist call you back and left a message to get more information. Friday we also had issues with our voicemail system amd had to get spectrum to fix it. . I apologize for this but we did reach out.
