Great experience with Southern Tire Masters! I had a tire replaced, and a few days later I noticed the tire was going flat. I brought it back in, and they found that the valve stem (the part where you put air into the tire) had gone bad. They replaced it free of charge without any hassle. I always come here for my tires. Always helpful and fast

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The prices were great, and they had the tires I needed in stock. They also had the jack pucks needed for my Tesla, which was a huge plus!
From the moment I pulled up, I was acknowledged promptly and treated with excellent customer service. The team was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they made sure to explain my options so I could make the best decision. They even took the time to educate me about my other tires and provide helpful recommendations.
The service was quick, the staff was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a business that offers great prices without sacrificing quality customer service.

We understand you were disappointed, but this review is misleading. You did not arrive before closing — you arrived after our posted 5:00 PM closing time on Saturday.
At that point, our technicians were already finishing vehicles that were in the shop, with our bays occupied and vehicles still outside waiting to be completed. We cannot accept a new vehicle after closing when our employees are already finishing the work they have committed to.
We appreciate that this was your second time doing business with us, but being a previous customer does not mean we can disregard our posted business hours or ask our technicians to start another job after closing.
We would have been happy to service your tire during our normal business hours. Unfortunately, you arrived after we were closed. Leaving a one-star review because we would not take on a new job after closing is simply unfair.
We take pride in our customers and the quality of our work, but we also have to respect our employees’ time and our posted business hours.
