If you want WOW service, contact Southport! From my first call to schedule an emergency air conditioner unit replacement to the installation, Southport was professional, prompt, and priced fairly. (I originally called another company who was the complete opposite--Southport, however, fixed the issue and made sure I was completely satisfied!)

Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Jackson came and serviced our air conditioner on Wednesday, and once again he did an outstanding job. He was very thorough in both his work and explanation of what he did. Southport is in excellent hands if all of it’s employees work with the dedication that Jackson does.

Southport has been supporting all our mechanical utility systems -- in-floor radiant heating, NTI wall mounted boiler (by SP), new A/C and air handler (by SP), Sump pump, grinder pump and water conditioner (by SP) for years now and I'm very happy with their installations and servicing.

Tyler that came from Southport Home services was very good. Troubles shot and fixed my furnace that wasn’t working, replaced a part and did some tweaking. Knowledgeable skilled and explain things to me very well. I trust and have had good service from this company. Very satisfied customer. Genny
