Southport was able to do a furnace and A/C replacement scheduled and completed in the same week. Our existing system was out and past it's useful life.

Mike found the problem with our furnace easily and explained what he felt was wrong. After completing the work, he took the time to ensure we understood what was wrong and how he fixed the problem. Mike was personable and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.

I've used Southport for years since they installed my latest furnace. They are reliable, the technicians are trustworthy and professional.

Mike Dylan and max showed up bright and early in the morning at 7 to install our new AC system. Professionalism throughout had to deal with our dogs and the mess of a 3 kid household and managed to get the job done amazing work definitely recommend.

Lady was super friendly when setting up the appointment. Zach the tech came right on scheduled time. Was quick and thorough to figure out the problem (even thou he said it was a rare cause) - Quickly fixed and was able to even offer it under my AC unit's warranty. I am very impressed with Rob S. From Southport. He was at my home today to replace two capacitors in my system. He also added a little Freon to the system. All of that and he was done in less than an hour. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He literally answered two questions I had before I asked them. Thank you Rob.

Jackson was great at explaining what the issue was with our ac unit and our options of repairing or replacing it. In the end we ended up repairing the unit but when it's time to replace our 19 year old. We will definitely consult with Jackson at Southport. I was due for my AC tune up...Dakota explained in detail what was going on with the condenser...replaced it & it's running great. They call & schedule maintenance for heating & AC. I've been very happy with Sourhport.

I had somewhat of an emergency the evening before and Jackson showed up early the next morning. Solved my air conditioner problem in about 5 minutes and got me going again. He's a very professional and efficient young man.
