Southport Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Service person was on time, replaced the faucet and valves. He cleaned up after himself.

Professional and personable installers. They did a great job. Definitely. Rob S was very informative.

Had a concrete tub taken out and a new single tub put in. Some plumbing and new faucet that I can actually turn now.... yay!! A great job done, thanks to Travis H.

Great service. Andrew was wonderful and made sure the installation was to his satisfaction by calling the vendor to ensure the faucet was seating correctly and got replacement parts shipped.

James and Dalton from Southport were amazing. They showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and completed my project in one day coming in under their estimate. The cleaned up after themselves, not something I find that all trades do. They walked me through everything that was done, answered my… Read full review

Justan was great! He explained exactly what he had to do and what it would cost for each step. When he found there was a shut off for that particular faucet he let me know and I didn’t pay to have one installed since it was already there. I appreciate the honesty and integrity! Was impressed with the service and… Read full review

Travis was very professional and knowledgeable and I will use them again when needed. All the guys were very good and everyone cleaned up afterwards.

Had an undermount sink that gave way, thus had to be reinstalled with new Faucet and garbage disposal. The price in my opinion was high for the job as it only took 2 men 3 hours tops. The glue used to mount the sink was everywhere and took a while to clean up. Otherwise, very quick to respond and get the job done.

Southport Home Services has become our new favorite (after Lee dumped us and other residential customers). Everyone at SHS is delightful to engage with, from Abby at the call center to Justin, Travis, and Matt and the other professionals who come into our home!

I'll make a long story quick. I was suspicious when I made the phone call. Some things seemed in conflict with what I thought I knew. They were very customer oriented, and explained the procedure in great detail. The technician arrived just like they explained. He was very nice and told me I needed to replace my… Read full review

I'm loving my dry basement. He just installed a new sink and redid all the plumbing under it since its been leaking for almost 4 years, thank… Read full review

James was on time, very pleasant, answered all my questions. He was very specific about what needed to be done and explained what it entailed. He was good with my small pets. I definitely will ask for James if I need anything else done!

I've now had the pleasure of meeting a few of the fine folks at Southport. Today's visit was just another example of the personable politeness and professionalism that my new friend in the world of HVAC exudes. Jackson Barrow has been to my house for a few things now, and I couldn't be happier. Today's project… Read full review
