Southport Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Nathan was very detailed and explained things very well.

Southport was extremely helpful and had an appointment the day after I called to inquire about their maintenance plans. Luke was great. He explained what he found during routine furnace maintenance, things that were working well and things to watch for in the future. Best experience I have had in a long time.

Southport’s Technician , Phil Lloyd, is a true asset to his organization! My wife, Karyn and I have had many contractors come through our house over the years and I would put Southport at the very top of our service partners. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, and most importantly trustworthy. Phil Lloyd took the… Read full review

Was having issues with my Generic generator trying to start up and misfiring. Smelled gas. Long story short HVAC team came out and tested all of the gas pipes. Everything tested good..

Outdoor faucet install went well. However, kitchen sink soap dispenser repair did not stay repaired after the technician left.

Zack was great! AC is working good! Very happy with the service.

Warranty labor repair on my air conditioner. Wasn’t wired right initially and this visit resolved it. No 5 stars just because it should have been done right the first time. Otherwise this service was great.

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

My service tech Jake was great.
