Nathan was very detailed and explained things very well.

Southport was extremely helpful and had an appointment the day after I called to inquire about their maintenance plans. Luke was great. He explained what he found during routine furnace maintenance, things that were working well and things to watch for in the future. Best experience I have had in a long time.

Travis and Luke did a thorough job inspecting our water heater, plumbing and furnace. We have a maintenance agreement and it seems worthwhile for our house heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

Was having issues with my Generic generator trying to start up and misfiring. Smelled gas. Long story short HVAC team came out and tested all of the gas pipes. Everything tested good..

Outdoor faucet install went well. However, kitchen sink soap dispenser repair did not stay repaired after the technician left.

Warranty labor repair on my air conditioner. Wasn’t wired right initially and this visit resolved it. No 5 stars just because it should have been done right the first time. Otherwise this service was great.

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Jacob did a very good job tuning up my furnace, he got it done quickly but he was very thorough. Jacob gave me a detailed explanation of the condition of my 5-year-old furnace and showed me that the blower motor was dirty and should be cleaned soon. Southport always does a good job. The technicians show up when they are scheduled, explain what they are doing and are very courteous. I would recommend Southport to anyone.

Justin was very informative! I was able to get in same day-for a burst pipe. I’ve used Southport in the past for a water heater replacement and hvac work and they’ve always been super respectful and reasonable prices.

Jacob T came out on 5/5/25 to perform the start-up inspection of our new AC system. Southport installed our new HVAC system last November (our heat went out the day before Thanksgiving). Jacob was very friendly, professional, and efficient. We have been happy with our new HVAC system and the service provided by Southport.

Southport has been supporting all our mechanical utility systems -- in-floor radiant heating, NTI wall mounted boiler (by SP), new A/C and air handler (by SP), Sump pump, grinder pump and water conditioner (by SP) for years now and I'm very happy with their installations and servicing.

We had our HVAC maintenance visit today. Once again Southport shines. The technician Anthony was prompt and knowledgeable, efficient and kind. We always feel we are in great hands with Southport!

Alex came over to complete a tune up of our furnace. He showed up on time on a very bad weather day and didn’t leave any mess inside. Beyond just the regular work up, he almost replaced our humidifier filter and furnace filter.
