Max and Noel replaced my furnace, and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you to Anthony for initiallyidentifying the problem and attempting to repair it. Thanks also to Justin for meeting with me late on a Friday afternoon to select a furnace, schedule an install and work through financing with me.

Everyone i delt with were really friendly. From the office girl that took my order to the two that did the install.

Always great service and conscientiousness from all staff at Southport. Been using them for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Today they tuned up my AC system. Always great employees.

Worker did an ok job . There clean up needs a little work. Left old drain lines on the basement floor- didn't rehang a folding door they removed and left a small mess I had to sweep up.

Had a full AC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater installed in one day. All the work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. All the installers were helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

Every step was very professional, informative, and down to earth. The team was fast and clean. They got me up and running in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

We had our air and heat systems replaced in our home with Southport. Their service team, sales team and installation team were on time, let us know along the way how the job was going, placed runners down to reduce any tracking in of dirt, cleaned up behind them and showed us how to use our new systems. It started with a great diagnostic service from Buck Bielen, to a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning systems. Southport showed up ready to support our needs. Questions were answered clearly and honestly, work site was clean, and service was great!

Southport was great with the install of our HVAC units. They worked well with all the issues that came up and communicated clearly on all aspects of the install.

Southport replaced our air conditioner this summer and just replaced our furnace. Both times Nathan who did the estimate and the crews that came out were very professional and personable. Phil and Rob walked through the new furnace/thermostat, made sure all our questions were answered and vacuum the hallway they worked in.

I was impressed by how detailed these guys were. The took pride in their work. All of these guys worked well together to insure a happy client. Hot water heater failed and needed Replacement. Justin did an excellent job of tracking down a replacement, picking it up and installing it same day. We are able to shower without interruption. Very much appreciated!
