Good company with great people. They did a great job of installing our new furnace and Ac and their price was very reasonable

Max and Noel replaced my furnace, and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you to Anthony for initiallyidentifying the problem and attempting to repair it. Thanks also to Justin for meeting with me late on a Friday afternoon to select a furnace, schedule an install and work through financing with me.

Everyone i delt with were really friendly. From the office girl that took my order to the two that did the install.

Always great service and conscientiousness from all staff at Southport. Been using them for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Today they tuned up my AC system. Always great employees.

Worker did an ok job . There clean up needs a little work. Left old drain lines on the basement floor- didn't rehang a folding door they removed and left a small mess I had to sweep up.

Had a full AC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater installed in one day. All the work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. All the installers were helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

Every step was very professional, informative, and down to earth. The team was fast and clean. They got me up and running in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

We had our air and heat systems replaced in our home with Southport. Their service team, sales team and installation team were on time, let us know along the way how the job was going, placed runners down to reduce any tracking in of dirt, cleaned up behind them and showed us how to use our new systems. A very professional team at Southport:

Knowledgeable employees kept us informed all along the proses of the purchase and installation of our hvac unit.

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Tyler and Mike were extremely professional, competent, and friendly. They showed up on time, got right to work on taking out my old equipment, and installing the new furnace and air conditioner. Southport was great with the install of our HVAC units. They worked well with all the issues that came up and communicated clearly on all aspects of the install.

Southport was able to do a furnace and A/C replacement scheduled and completed in the same week. Our existing system was out and past it's useful life.

From beginning to end they were amazing. Right off the bat Max made it clear they're not commissioned based so they're not going to try and upsell us to get every penny. He was very straight forward with our options to try and fix our options with a 2nd floor that doesn't heat or cool well. Gave us a quote same day… Read full review
